《稽神录》，志怪小说集，6卷，另有《拾遗》1卷，《补遗》1卷。北宋徐铉著，一说出于门客蒯亮之手。徐铉好鬼神，《稽神录》多写鬼神怪异和因果报应故事，徐铉自序称「自乙未岁（935年）至乙卯（955年），凡二十年」，一说蒯亮「好大言夸诞，铉喜之，馆于门下，《稽神录》中事，多亮所言」。太平兴国二年（977）徐铉开始编纂《太平广记》，经李昉同意，书中采入《稽神录》故事，多达二百二十馀事。《稽神录》原书在宋末已佚，今本实赖《太平广记》以存。有《涵芬楼》本。
