1 公冶长:
子贡问曰：孔文子何以谓之文，孔文子，卫大夫孔圉。子曰：敏而好学，不耻下问，是以谓之文。敏者，识之疾也。

2 公冶长:
子谓子産，有君子之道四焉。子産，公孙侨也。其行己也恭，其事上也敬，其养民也惠，其使民也义。

3 公冶长:
子曰：巧言令色足恭，足恭，便僻貌也。左丘明耻之，丘亦耻之。丘明，鲁大史也。

4 公冶长:
子曰：已矣乎。吾未见能见其过而内自讼者也。讼犹责也。言人有过莫能自责也。
