1 正服:
為子女子子之長殤中殤。殤者，男女未成人而死，而哀傷者。男子已娶，女子許嫁，皆不為殤。年十九至十六為長殤，十五至十二為中殤，十一至八歲為下殤。八歲以下為無服之殤，哭之以日易月，本服周者哭之十三日，大功九日，小功五日，緦麻三日。　為叔父之長殤、中殤。　為姑姊妹之長殤、中殤。為兄弟之長殤、中殤。　為嫡孫之長殤、中殤。嫡曾孫、嫡玄孫亦同。　為兄弟之子女子子之長殤、中殤。
