光禄勋，中国古代官名。战国时代开始设置，称郎中令。「郎」，与「廊」通，指围绕殿中的走廊；「郎中」即在回廊中给事者。秦朝沿置，为九卿之一，掌管宿卫侍从，执事范围为殿门以内。汉武帝时改为光禄勋，东汉末年一度称郎中令，魏晋再改为光禄勋。据钱穆考证，光禄勋三字本为光麓阍之音借，乃指皇家门房。
秦朝与西汉前期，郎中令属官较少，有中郎、郎中、外郎，汉惠帝时依然如此。汉景帝时，卫尉改名中大夫令，属下的诸大夫（中大夫、太中大夫）最迟到武帝时改隶郎中令，随改中大夫为光禄大夫、并增设谏大夫。武帝增设侍郎、议郎，为郎中令的属官。
而汉朝行察举制，诸郡国秀才孝廉俱得先补光禄所辖五官署、左署、右署之中郎、侍郎、郎中，俗谓「三署郎」，经过培养考核后方得任官，此制使得光禄俨然有了后世吏部的职权。九卿职权渐为尚书六曹侵吞以后，至南北朝光禄已不常设。晋朝时管理皇室膳食的太官署始隶光禄，北齐据此设立光禄寺，光禄勋改称光禄寺卿（南梁称光禄卿），职权仅剩管理皇室的膳食，一直延续到清朝末年，清代时为从三品文官。
