吕崇贲（？ - 773年），唐朝军事人物。天宝年间任河西节度使，重用杨炎为掌书记。安史之乱爆发，唐玄宗命哥舒翰代替高仙芝守潼关（今陕西潼关东北）。潼关失守后，哥舒翰被俘。李承光与王思礼、吕崇贲逃回。时唐肃宗就位于灵武，指责李承光等人不能严守岗位，皆处以极刑。这时房管出面为王思礼等脱罪，朝廷仅斩杀李承光一人，赦崇贲与思礼。官太府卿。大历七年十月以吕崇贲为广州都督，充任岭南节度使。大历八年九月，苏涣煽动循州（今广东惠州)刺史哥舒晃叛乱，哥舒晃杀吕崇贲，「以乱窃据府中，南方萧然」。
