周聖楷（？ - ？），字伯孔，湘潭人，明末人物。父周之禮，曾任安徽壽州訓導、陝西興平知縣。聖楷少有才名，曾游京師，與竟陵（今湖北天門）鐘惺友善。曾一夜成竹枝詞百首。屢試不第，四十歲仍為貢生。從此絕意科舉，專心著述。
明末張獻忠犯長沙，聖楷避居南嶽。崇禎十六年十一月二十二日就任大西軍常德知府，發掘楊嗣昌墓。後因替張獻忠寫祭文不成，被殺。生平著述甚多，如《中庸贊》、《生氣錄》、《楚才奇絕》等，今僅存《楚寶》45卷。
