繆尚，中國東漢時代末期政治人物，張楊屬下。《文選》收錄的陳琳《檄吳將校部曲文》作樛尚，李善注稱「樛音留」。建安元年（196年）河內太守張楊被朝廷任命為大司馬，繆尚于是擔任河內郡太守。建安三年（198年）十一月，曹操攻打呂布，張楊想要出兵援救呂布，部下楊醜殺死張楊。眭固殺死楊醜為張楊報仇。繆尚和同僚薛洪一起擁立眭固為新主。
建安四年（199年），曹操滅呂布，眭固讓薛洪、繆尚守衛根據地河內郡射犬城，自己前去向袁紹求救。途中遭遇曹操的軍隊，眭固陣亡。董昭作為曹操的使臣，單身進入射犬城（今河南省沁陽市東北），說服薛洪、繆尚二人開城降曹。
