載初（則天文字：𡕀𡔈；）是唐睿宗李旦的年號，但是實際上武則天全權控制朝政，睿宗毫無實權。一般算作武則天的年號。

武則天將永昌元年十一月改為載初元年正月，十二月改為臘月，夏正月為一月。從該年起用子正，直到久視元年（700年）恢復寅正，故載初年號實際始于公元689年。
