劉羨1世紀 - 97年，東漢明帝的第二子，生母不詳。東漢永平三年（60年），劉羨封為廣平王。漢章帝建初三年（78年），與巨鹿王劉恭、樂成王黨一起就國。不忍離別，遂留京師。劉羨博涉經書，有威嚴，與諸儒在白虎殿講論，參與白虎觀會議。建初七年（82年）六月，改為西平王，分汝南郡八縣為國。
漢章帝駕崩，遺詔徙封劉羨為陳王，即淮陽郡改名陳國，當年就國。漢和帝永和八年十二月初十（97年1月11日），劉羨去世，謚號敬，子思王劉鈞嗣位。
