李孝本（8世紀 - 835年），唐朝宗室官員。李孝本中第進士。官至刑部郎中，依附李訓、鄭注，舒元輿為相，李訓用他知台雜，權知御史中丞事。參預李訓誅殺宦官之密謀。甘露之變，李孝本從人在殿廷殺內官十餘人。事敗，單騎投奔鄭注。抵達咸陽西原，被追騎所捕，被族誅。因為李訓、鄭注被族滅的有十一家，人以為冤。
