馬如龍1627年 - 1701年，字見五，陝西綏德州（今陝西綏德）人。清朝政治人物。舉人出身。馬如龍是康熙十一年（1672年）舉人，三藩之亂時，集鄉勇抗擊王輔臣部叛軍。歷任直隸灤州知州、杭州府知府、江西巡撫。善于破案理訟，清決疑案，平反冤獄。為杭州知府時，代民償旗營債務。在巡撫江西時，聽說淮、揚饑饉，率僚屬捐米十萬石賑濟。整理積貯，嚴禁溺女。康熙四十年（1701年）卒。
