《殊域周咨錄》是明朝行人司行人和刑科右給事中嚴從簡，在明神宗萬曆二年（1574年）始撰寫的一部關于明朝邊疆歷史和中外交通史的書籍；於1583年成書。嚴從簡，別號紹峰子，明代浙江嘉禾人。嘉靖三十八年進士，曾任婺源縣丞和揚州同知，後入行人司任行人和刑科右給事中。明朝時中國和周邊國家、海外國家往來密切，明太祖派使臣出使朝鮮、琉球、日本、安南、真臘、三佛齊、古里、哈烈、撒馬兒罕等國；明成祖派三寶太監鄭和下西洋。明太祖設立行人司，掌管外事。
在行人司任職的嚴從簡，接觸許多外來使臣，得知海外國家和邊疆國家的狀況，又掌握大量內部文件和記錄，為他撰寫此書打下基礎。他撰寫此書時參考了大量前人的著作，但他認為歷史記錄可從書中查到，但中外來往的內部文件則是外間難以見到，因此他厚今薄古，偏重記述當代的事件，為明朝出使外國的使臣提供參考。
《殊域周咨錄》將女直列入東北夷，因此在清朝被列為禁書。
