斡羅思密，元朝將領，畏兀兒人，坤閭城（新疆庫爾勒）達魯花赤闕里別斡赤的孫子，昔班的兒子。元世祖至元二十三年（1286年），斡羅思密擔任浙東宣慰使。浙東地區反元起事興起，鑄造印璽，自稱天降大王，斡羅思密率兵鎮壓。後改鎮廣西，當地峒族首領（峒蠻）羅天佑領導反元，被他招降。斡羅思密六十九歲去世。其子咬住。
