《名公书判清明集》是南宋判牍的集论，是研究南宋法律制度的重要史料，作者未详，仅知南宋后期福建建宁府人士。《名公书判清明集》收集了南宋包含朱熹、真德秀、吴潜、徐清叟、王伯大、蔡抗、赵汝腾在内的二十八位地方官处理诉讼的一些判词，体裁为散文形式，案例分布范围非常广泛，例如《名公书判清明集》卷八，可见于刘克庄《后村先生大全集》卷一九三《鄱阳县东尉检校周丙家财产事》，又如卷一一《人品门》「公吏」则大量收录江东提刑蔡杭的判词，并大量引用宋朝法律《宋刑统》。
《名公书判清明集》亦存在许多封建思想，例如知识份子娶妓女为妻被认定名教罪人，妇女改嫁是为失节等，另外还有詹师尹《取肝救父》、江应《割股救母》愚孝思想。明朝嘉靖年间张四维从《永乐大典》辑出《名公书判清明集》。
