Wuping (January 570 – December 576) was the era name of Northern Qi's Emperor Houzhu, Gao Wei, lasting for over six years.

In 578, Gao Shaoyi, Prince of Fanyang of Northern Qi, was favored by the Tujue Khan Dabohan. After the fall of Northern Qi, those who fled to the north were placed under Gao Shaoyi's jurisdiction. Gao Bao'ning in Yingzhou declared Gao Shaoyi as the Emperor of Northern Qi and used the Wuping era name. The History of Northern Qi and the Book of Northern History both refer to it as "Wuping 1st Year." However, the "Twenty-Two Histories Examined in Detail" suggests that Gao Shaoyi should have used Emperor Houzhu's era name, making it Wuping 9th year. The argument is that since Emperor Houzhu lost his kingdom in Wuping 8th year and Gao Shaoyi fled to Tujue, when he declared himself emperor the following year, he continued using the Wuping era name without changing it.

武平（570年正月—576年十二月）是北齊後主高緯的年號，歷時6年餘。

578年，北齊范陽王高紹義受突厥他缽可汗愛重，北齊被滅後逃到北邊者，都歸高紹義管轄。高保寧在營州奉高紹義為北齊皇帝，用武平年號。《北齊書》、《北史》等皆作「武平元年」。但是《廿二史考異》則認為應是用後主高緯年號，作武平九年。認為後主在武平八年失國，高紹義投奔突厥，次年稱帝仍用武平年號，並不應該算作是改元。
