李昌祺（1376年 - 1452年），名祯，以字行。江西庐陵人。明朝政治人物，进士出身。永乐二年（1404年），二甲第二十九名进士，改庶吉士，参与编撰《永乐大典》。擢礼部郎中，迁广西左布政使。因事谪役，不久遇赦寻返回。洪熙元年（1425年）起故官，任河南左布政使，政绩卓著。正统四年（1439年）致仕，家居二十馀年，「屏迹不入公府，故庐裁敝风雨，伏腊不充」。景泰二年（1452年）卒。有《容膝轩草集》等著作。曾仿瞿佑《剪灯新话》作《剪灯馀话》。都御史韩雍巡抚江西，以庐陵乡贤祀学宫，因李昌祺著有《剪灯余话》而不得入祠。
