多羅貝勒（ᡩᠣᡵᠣᡳᠪᡝᡳ᠌ᠯᡝ|z=doroi beile），簡稱貝勒，為清朝宗室爵位中的第三等爵位，位於多羅郡王之下，固山貝子之上。貝勒一詞原為明代女真貴族稱號，即金代「勃極烈」的異譯，漢譯為「王」。努爾哈赤建立後金，貝勒成為其宗室封爵名，在天命年間置四大貝勒共議國政。崇德元年（1636年），皇太極稱帝後，定王公以下九等爵以封宗室，其中設多羅貝勒封號，為第三等爵，位次多羅郡王而高于固山貝子，亦可用以冊封蒙古貴族。
無論是皇帝的兒子還是其他皇族的兒子，都有可能被晉封貝勒。不過，任何爵位還是得經過皇帝的冊封，才能得到，也就是說，只有被冊封為『多羅貝勒』這個爵位的人，才能稱為『貝勒』，不是天生就能獲得，也並不侷限於皇子或是宗室。
