李覯（1009年 - 1059年），字泰伯，北宋建昌軍南城（今屬江西南城縣）人，北宋思想家、詩人。十四歲喪父，其母「墾閱農事，夜治女功」，兩次應試不中，遂以教書為業，創立「盱江書院」。皇祐二年（1050年），因范仲淹、余靖推薦於朝，授將仕郎，試太學助教。嘉佑四年（1059年），權同管勾太學，不久歸里，遷葬祖母。是年八月卒于家。因居南城盱江邊，學者稱盱江先生。著有《直講李先生文集》。
