蘇源明（？ - 764年），初名蘇預，字弱夫，京兆武功（今陝西武功西北）人。天寶進士，官右拾遺。天寶十二載任東平郡太守，次年秋應召入朝，須昌外尉袁廣設宴餞行，累官國子司業。安史之亂時留京師，以病不受偽官。至德二載（757年）擢拔考功郎中、知制誥，乾元元年（758）任中書舍人。終官秘書少監。廣德二年（764年）長安物價飛漲，斗米千文，竟至餓死。杜甫有《八哀詩》詩云：「前後百卷文，枕藉皆禁臠。篆刻揚雄流，溟漲本末淺。」
