褚寅亮（1715年 - 1790年），字搢升，一字鶴侶，江蘇長洲人。 康熙五十四年（1715）生于蘇州府長洲，九歲能寫《諸葛武侯論》。雍正十三年（1735），入府學，為廩生。肄業紫陽書院。乾隆十六年（1751），南巡時，應試中舉，初授內閣中書，歷官刑部主事，官至刑部員外郎。公務之餘，曾向梅瑴成學習數學知識。乾隆四十年夏天（1775年）以病辭歸，主講於常州龍城書院，精研《禮經》三十年，學宗鄭玄。乾隆五十五年（1790年）庚戌卒。著有《儀禮管見》3卷、《周禮公羊異義》2卷、《十三經筆記》10卷、《勾股廣問》等。有三子：鳴噰、鳴噦、鳴喈。
