高紹德（546年? - 562年）北齊文宣皇帝高洋第二子，廢帝高殷的胞弟。母親是昭信皇后李祖娥。初封太原王，天保（550年—559年）末年，為開府儀同三司。高洋統治後期酗酒狂暴，時常痛打弟弟高湛等人，高紹德目睹從不惻隱，高湛心懷怨氣。高湛即位後，因看上高洋寡妻李祖娥貌美性柔，要求她和自己姘居，聲稱「如果不許，就殺了高紹德」。李祖娥聽從，遂有盛寵。
李祖娥懷孕快要分娩的時候，高紹德進宮拜母，李祖娥不肯相見，高紹德竟在宮門怒道：「兒子難道不知道嗎？你肚子大了，不敢見我。」李祖娥受刺激，後來生下一個女兒，對她並不養育。高湛見狀怒不可遏，說道：「你殺我的女兒，我就殺你的兒子！」立即將高紹德抓進宮來，高紹德驚慌求饒，高湛罵道：「你父親毒打我的時候，你何曾救過我！」遂殺死高紹德，將李祖娥痛打一頓後逐入妙勝寺為尼。
高紹德無兒子，武平元年（570年），高湛禪位給兒子高緯，下詔以范陽王高紹義的兒子高辨才過繼給高紹德，襲太原王。
