常青（ᠴᠠᠩᠴᡳᠩ|v=cangcing，1710年代? - 1793年），佟佳氏，滿洲正藍旗人，清朝將軍、封疆大吏。

自寧郡王府長史累遷察哈爾都統、杭州將軍。乾隆五十一年（1786年），常青以七十餘高齡，署閩浙總督。不久，實授閩浙總督。當年，林爽文事件事發。五十二年（1787年），乾隆帝命常青渡台視師。後遭援軍福康安上疏請革職查辦常青，乾隆帝不予置理續重用。五十四年（1789年），調任至京授禮部尚書、鑲藍旗漢軍都統。乾隆五十八年，卒，謚恭簡。

父安圖，官至江西巡撫。有子喜明，因常青在台灣軍功，以刑部筆帖式授三等侍衛，官至徐州鎮總兵。
