常青（ᠴᠠᠩᠴᡳᠩ|v=cangcing，1710年代? - 1793年），佟佳氏，满洲正蓝旗人，清朝将军、封疆大吏。

自宁郡王府长史累迁察哈尔都统、杭州将军。乾隆五十一年（1786年），常青以七十馀高龄，署闽浙总督。不久，实授闽浙总督。当年，林爽文事件事发。五十二年（1787年），乾隆帝命常青渡台视师。后遭援军福康安上疏请革职查办常青，乾隆帝不予置理续重用。五十四年（1789年），调任至京授礼部尚书、镶蓝旗汉军都统。乾隆五十八年，卒，谥恭简。

父安图，官至江西巡抚。有子喜明，因常青在台湾军功，以刑部笔帖式授三等侍卫，官至徐州镇总兵。
