孚琦（1857年 - 1911年），西林覺羅氏，字樸孫，監生出身，諡「恪愍」，滿洲正藍旗人，官刑部右侍郎、廣州將軍。1911年4月8日，孚琦應邀與公子前往燕塘機場觀摩法國人組織的「遠東飛艇社」的飛行表演，當時那裡起飛的是廣州天空上的第一架飛機。下午6時零5分回程時行至東門直街尾廣東諮議局前麒麟閣首泉香茶居門口香港華字日報, 1911-04-11 第4頁。溫生才這時從茶居出來，向前手持五響快槍徑直發射，擊中孚琦太陽穴、腦門、頸項、身部各一槍，孚琦當場身亡。
