虞悰（435年 - 499年），字景豫，南北朝時期的官僚和醫學家。出生于會稽餘姚（今寧波餘姚市）的門閥士族家庭，為虞潭五世孫。祖父虞嘯父，官至尚書。父親秀之，是黃門郎。南朝齊武帝蕭賾在即位之前，與虞悰私交甚厚。蕭賾即位之後，虞悰即受封為高官。
虞悰精通醫術，善調飲食。南朝齊武帝蕭賾曾經到虞悰家中宴飲，結果貪杯而酒醉，虞悰就用自己配置的醒酒藥方療之。虞悰的醒酒藥在歷史上很有名，名叫「醒酒鯖鮓」，鯖鮓，即醃魚片。
