虞悰（435年 - 499年），字景豫，南北朝时期的官僚和医学家。出生于会稽馀姚（今宁波馀姚市）的门阀士族家庭，为虞潭五世孙。祖父虞啸父，官至尚书。父亲秀之，是黄门郎。南朝齐武帝萧赜在即位之前，与虞悰私交甚厚。萧赜即位之后，虞悰即受封为高官。
虞悰精通医术，善调饮食。南朝齐武帝萧赜曾经到虞悰家中宴饮，结果贪杯而酒醉，虞悰就用自己配置的醒酒药方疗之。虞悰的醒酒药在历史上很有名，名叫「醒酒鲭鮓」，鲭鮓，即腌鱼片。
