王暢（2世紀 - 169年），字叔茂，東漢山陽郡高平縣（今鄒城市西南部）人。出身顯貴，父王龔官至太尉。王暢初舉孝廉，以病辭。大將軍梁商特聘為茂才，累遷尚書令。出任齊王劉喜之相，歷官司隸校尉、漁陽太守，後以事免官。再任南陽太守，南陽是帝鄉，素為貴戚聚居之地，王暢初以嚴刑剛猛，貴戚有劣跡者，皆依法懲治，功曹張敞勸他「治民在德，不在於刑。」遂崇尚寬政，慎而用刑。建寧元年（168年），升遷司空，是年八月，因水災免職，隔年卒于家。東漢末年，李膺、陳蕃、王暢三人齊名，學中語曰「天下模楷李元禮，不畏強御陳仲舉，天下俊秀王叔茂。」有子王謙。有孫王粲是建安七子之一。
