周旋（1395年 - 1454年），字中規，號畏庵，浙江溫州府永嘉縣鹿城橫瀆周嶴人。明朝正統元年（1436年）丙辰科狀元，授翰林院修撰。歷升侍講、春坊左庶子。著有《畏庵集》。
