陈奕禧（1648年 - 1709年），字六谦、子文，号香泉。清代文人，浙江海宁人。顺治五年生，早年为贡生。自幼好作诗学书法，无科举功名，破格被康熙帝召入值南书房。初授山西安邑丞，康熙三十三年（1694年）入京担任户部郎中。四十三年，知贵州石阳千府。康熙四十七年（1709年），改江西南安知府，途经淮南遇上吕熊，即延请吕熊去南安修郡志。曾为吕熊的《女仙外史》作序。是年，卒于任上。
奕禧为清初书法家，师法晋人。其风格「专取姿致，然大书沉著浑融。」今在贵州古佛洞悬崖上有其书法「黔灵胜境」四字。著有《春蔼堂集》、《益州于役记》等。
