吳嵩梁（1766年 - 1834年），字子山，號蘭雪。江西東鄉人。乾隆三十一年（1766年）出生，十五歲即以文名，為楊股所知，受詩法於蔣士銓。嘉慶五年（1800年）舉人。後屢試不第。嘉慶七年，候選國子監博士。嘉慶十四年，授內閣中書，官至貴州黔西州知州。有詩才，與黃景仁齊名，袁枚亦服其詩。有學生史勝書等。宣宗道光十四年（1834年）卒，年六十九歲。著有《香蘇山館全集》。
嵩梁與龔自珍有來往。道光二年時龔曾為吳嵩梁夫婦二人作《桐君仙人招隱歌》長詩一首。朝鮮國使節來朝，特地搜尋吳詩帶回，還為他建祠，種梅萬株，稱他為「詩佛」。嵩梁長久以來希望與妻妾一道歸隱桐廬縣東山，不果。只得在北京自宅匾額上寫「九里梅花村舍」聊以自娛。其妻蔣徽，號琴香。能琴擅畫，有《琴香閣詩箋》。
