王時雍（？ - 1127年），高涼郡（今廣東高州）人。曾任吏部尚書，靖康元年二月任開封府尹。

靖康之變時為東京留守，為金軍搜捕女俘最為賣力，綽號「虜人外公」。後擁立張邦昌為皇帝，成立偽楚政權。並被張邦昌封為權知樞密院事領尚書省。南宋建炎元年九月，宋高宗下詔，賜死張邦昌于潭州，誅王時雍于高州。
