蕭儀（1384～1423），字德容，庵號蘗庵，樂安人，明朝政治人物、進士出身。永樂十三年乙未進士，偶然奏牘失詳，被貶到交趾，行到太平府，蒙成祖赦免，後擢至戶部文選司主事，任官一年餘，成祖下詔求問宮殿被雷擊焚毀一事，因此上疏批評永樂遷都是背棄明太祖。明成祖成祖大怒，遂背棄不殺上疏者之承諾，而將之收獄，逮入北鎮撫司。與黃淮同為獄友三年，唱和詩作十多首，見黃淮《省愆集》中，永樂二十一年癸卯（1423）七月十九日被誅，一說病故，年四十。其侄殮骸回鄉，葬樂安山灣。
由其子蕭超編輯其遺作，有《襪線集》二十卷，《南行記詠》四卷，正統六年辛酉（1441年）夏，蕭超自樂安跋涉遠來永嘉南柳壽徵庵，請求黃淮為其父親撰墓表，由黃採書篆墓誌銘，黃淮著于《歸田稿》中。
