陳瑚（1613年 - 1675年），字言夏，號確庵、無悶道人、七十二潭漁父，明末清學者。南直隸太倉州人。生于萬曆四十一年（1613年），少承家學，貫通五經，十五歲與陸世儀等交，論學相辯駁。崇禎十五年（1642年）舉人。康熙八年，詔舉隱逸，被知州報上，力辭不就。康熙十四年卒（1675年），年六十三歲。門人私謚其為「安道先生」。巡撫湯斌將陳瑚故居改建成安道書院。著有《條教》、《條議》、《開江書》、《築堤書》、《治綱》、《荒政全書》、《聖學入門書》、《講學全規》等書。
