Liu Zhi (2nd century - 200 AD) was a feudal prince of the Eastern Han dynasty in China, enfeoffed in the State of Donghai. He is posthumously known as Donghai Yi Wang. He ruled from Yongshou second year (156 AD) to Jian'an fifth year (200 AD), a total of 45 years. (The "Book of Later Han" incorrectly records his reign as starting in 157 AD and ending in 200 AD, totaling 44 years.) His father was Donghai Xiaowang Liu Zhen.In the fourth year of Chuping (193 AD), Emperor Xian of Han, Liu Xie, enfeoffed Liu Zhi's son, Liu Wan, as the Marquis of Wenyang and appointed him as the Governor of Pingyuan.
In the fifth year of Jian'an (200 AD) October, Liu Zhi died, and his son, Liu Xian, succeeded to the throne of Donghai.
