焦度（423年 - 483年），字文續，南朝將領，南安郡氐族人。南朝宋時，他南歸劉宋，補北館客。宋孝武帝時，隨青州刺史顏師伯出鎮青州，對北魏屢立戰功。後來任晉安王劉子勛的夾轂隊主。他隨劉子勛反對宋明帝劉彧失敗，淪為盜賊。後來朝廷招撫，授為夏口軍主。沈攸之造反，他據守多次擊敗沈攸之的軍隊，因功被封為東昌縣子。南齊建立，他擔任淮陵郡太守。齊武帝永明元年，焦度卒，贈梁州、秦州二州刺史。子焦世榮。
