車騎大將軍，晉代至南北朝將軍名號之一。漢魏的驃騎將軍、車騎將軍、衛將軍三將軍皆為重號將軍，高于諸名號大將軍，本無須加「大」。
三國以後將軍一職授任較濫，且以將軍為刺史的加號，于是西晉時將軍加「大」以示其尊。除大將軍之外，出現各種名號的大將軍，如驃騎大將軍、四征、四鎮大將軍等，車騎大將軍即為其一。其職掌同車騎將軍，位在車騎將軍之上。多授予元老重臣，以示尊崇。開府置僚屬，一般不領兵。
東晉、南朝及十六國、北魏、北齊沿置。晉、南朝宋都是一品；梁武帝天監七年（508年）定為武職二十四班中的最高班二十四班，大通三年（529年）刊定官號，又定為武職三十四班中的最高班三十四班；南陳擬一品、秩中二千石。北魏、北齊皆從一品，西魏、北周實行府兵制，以此為儀同府長官軍號，九命。
