Tai Kang is the third era name of Emperor Wu of Jin, Sima Yan, the founding emperor of Western Jin. It lasted for 10 years and preceded the era of Tai Xi.In April of the sixth year of Xian Ning (280 AD), the Sun Wu regime was eliminated, unifying China, and the era name was changed to Tai Kang Yuan Nian.
