《明語林》，十四卷，清初吳肅公撰。《明語林》依《何氏語林》舊制，亦列三十八門，較《世說新語》增加《言志》、《博識》兩門，全書九百餘條，收錄大量名臣巨儒的言行舉止，記載了明代傑出人物如于謙、況鐘、楊廷和、海瑞、顧憲成、周順昌、左懋第等的高風亮節，涉及人物六百人以上，寓意深遠。但不少條目從《何氏語林》直接移錄過來，有時不乏神話色彩，如《術解》記張三豐「或時闢穀，數月不飢。」。現存《碧琳琅館叢書》本和民國《芋園叢書》本。
