《全遼文》由現代中國史學家陳述輯校的遼人總集。由陳述增訂其舊輯的《遼文匯》、《遼文匯續編》而成。中華書局于1982年出版。陳述自述1935年開始校輯遼文。抗日戰爭全面爆發後，書稿多方輾轉，雖有製版，但未能出版。1949年上海解放後，郭沫若託付李亞農，尋獲紙版。校正補齊後，于1953年由中國科學院出版局在北京出版，是為《遼文匯》四冊。其後近三十年，各類遼朝文獻新出。陳述新著《遼文匯續編》。後兩書合併刊成《全遼文》。
