宣府巡撫，全稱巡撫宣府地方贊理軍務。明正統元年始設，除宣府外，或兼理大同，不專一鎮，至成化十四年始定設，後加贊理軍務。下轄口北分巡道、口北分守道、懷隆兵備道等三道；以及直隸的延慶州、保安州，山西布政司的蔚州、廣昌縣，萬全都司的萬全右衛等十四衛，興和等七所；昆都力哈諸部貢市。
