徐世隆1206年 - 1285年，字威卿，元朝陳州西華縣（今河南省西華縣）人。金哀宗正大四年（1227年），中進士，任縣令。被嚴實徵辟到東平路幕府。中統元年（1260年）任燕京等路宣撫使，至元元年（1264年）為翰林侍講學士，兼太常卿。至元七年（1270年）為吏部尚書，撰寫《選曹八議》。上書請元世祖不要東征日本。文天祥入獄，徐世隆作詩：「當今不殺文丞相，君義臣忠兩得之」。他通曉前代典故，精通律令。至元二十二年（1285年）上奏便宜九事。著作有《瀛洲集》百卷。
