李重吉（? - 934年），後唐末帝李從珂的長子，出生于李從珂登基前，其母是李從珂妻沛國夫人劉氏即李從珂後來的皇后。李從珂本為唐明宗養子，封潞王。明宗時，李重吉曾參與征討義武軍節度使王都。李從珂鎮鳳翔，李重吉為控鶴指揮使，與出家為尼的妹妹幼澄留在京師洛陽。明宗病重，內定儲君皇子秦王李從榮為確保自己順利即位，興兵入宮，李重吉正在明宗身邊侍奉，明宗命李重吉率控鶴兵守宮門。李從榮兵敗被殺。明宗死後，李從榮胞弟宋王李從厚即位，即愍帝，不想讓李重吉掌親兵，命李重吉為亳州團練使，幼澄居于宮中，遷李從珂到北京太原府。李從珂于是造反。應順元年三月二十（934年5月6日），愍帝派遣殿直楚匡祚到亳州捉拿李重吉，在宋州殺害，幼澄也被殺。後李從珂入京，愍帝出逃，孔皇后有病，四子年幼，都未能隨行。李從珂遣使問孔后：「李重吉等人何在？」殺孔皇后及愍帝四子。李從珂登基後，贈李重吉太尉，令宋州選空地建廟。李重吉沒有兒子，李從珂安排李重謙為他主喪。
