來保（ᠯᠠᡳᠪᠣᡠ|v=laiboo，1681年 - 1764年），喜塔臘氏，字學圃，滿洲正白旗，清朝政治人物、清朝工部尚書。

開始隸屬于內務府，後任內務府總管。乾隆二年（1737年）十二月甲申，接替查克旦，擔任清朝工部尚書，後改刑部尚書。由哈達哈接任。來保知人善任，愛好相馬，恪盡職守，乾隆十二年（1747年）正月任武英殿大學士，三月任吏部尚書。十三年（1748年）九月入值軍機處，十四年（1749年）九月改任文華殿大學士，二十九年（1764年）三月，來保去世，謚號文端。
