葛金烺（1837年 - 1890年），字景亮，號煜珊，清朝詩人、金石書畫家、收藏家、藏書家。浙江平湖（今屬嘉興市）人。十歲能作詩，八次鄉試落榜。光緒十二年（1886年）丙戌科二甲進士，同年五月，俱著主事分部學習。任刑部主事、湖廣司主稿。官至戶部郎中。
葛金烺劬學嗜書，葛金琅築私人藏書樓名傳樸堂，專注藏書，所藏卷本曾富甲一方，時與寧波天一閣、南潯嘉業堂並稱浙江三大藏書樓。傳樸堂以收藏地方志聞名，藏書達十萬卷。其子葛嗣浵在這個基礎下，繼續擴充，三十年內積書逾四十萬卷。
著有《愛日吟廬書畫錄》四卷、《續錄》八卷、《別錄》四卷、《傳樸堂詩稿》。
有子葛雲威、葛嗣浵。
