曾纡（1073年 - 1135年），字公衮，一字公卷，晚号空青先生，建昌军南丰（今江西南丰）人。北宋宰相曾布第四子。熙宁六年出生，幼年学诗于母亲魏玩。以荫担任承务郎。绍圣年间任中弘词科。崇宁初年，坐元佑党籍，贬谪永州零陵。后遇赦，调监南京、河南税，改签书宁国军（今安徽宣城县）节度判官。建炎年间为两浙转运副使。绍兴初年，拜为直显谟阁。绍兴二年（1132年）知抚州。三年，担任江南西路转运副使。四年九月，任司农少卿，改福建路提点刑狱，五年二月进直寳文阁。绍兴五年，担任信州知州，改移衢州，十月，卒于赴衢州路上，得年六十三岁。著有《南游记旧》一卷。其子曾炎辑遗集为《云庄集》20卷，已佚。有一女嫁王銍。
