王彝（？—1374年），字常宗，别号妫蜼子。明代诗文家。其先蜀人，本姓陈氏，父王事元，为昆山州儒学教授，遂徒嘉定（今属上海）。少孤贫，读书于天台山，从学于孟梦恂，故其文特醇雅。时杨维桢以文雄于东南，从游者甚众。王彝作《文妖》一篇诋之。明洪武三年（1370年）以布衣与乡人杜寅及张简同被召修《元史》，旋入翰林，以母老乞归，赐金币遣还。洪武七年（1374年），因苏州知府魏观事，与高启同诛于南京。著有诗文集《三近斋稿》、《妫雌子集》，辑成《王常宗集》四卷，补遗一卷，续补遗一卷。明未清初经学家朱彝尊曾为王彝作传，收录于曝书亭集。
