郭三益11世紀 - 1128年，字慎求，北宋官員、詩人。常州（今江蘇省常州市）人。《建炎以來系年要錄》卷四作（今浙江省嘉興市）人。郭三益在宋哲宗元祐三年（1088年）中進士。元符元年（1098年），擔任知仙居縣（今浙江省台州市仙居縣）。宋徽宗重和二年（1119年），入朝為吏部員外郎。宣和三年（1121年），擔任給事中，同知貢舉。後來出知洪州（今江西省南昌市）。宋欽宗靖康元年（1126年），改知潭州（今湖南省長沙市）。宋高宗建炎元年（1127年），郭三益擔任荊湖南路安撫使，兼馬步軍都總管。十一月，以刑部尚書同知樞密院事，次年卒。宋高宗後來提到，他即位初年的執政張愨、許景衡最好，郭三益也是善人而已。
