Wu Jingzi (吳敬梓 Wú Jìngzǐ, 1701—January 11, 1754) was a Chinese scholar and writer who was born in the city now known as Quanjiao, Anhui and who died in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. Wu Jingzi is the author of a famous satirical novel titled Rulin waishi or The Unofficial History of the Scholars.

吳敬梓(1701年 - 1754年),字敏軒,一字文木,號粒民,安徽全椒人,清代現實主義小說家。又因移居江寧(今南京市),所以自稱「秦淮寓客」。《儒林外史》作者。《儒林外史》為中國第一本諷刺小說。育有三子,長子是吳烺。
