陳傅，字岩說，福建福州府閩縣人，明朝政治人物。同進士出身。宣德十年，福建乙卯鄉試中舉。正統元年（1436年），登丙辰科會試中進士，授刑科給事中，彈劾會昌伯孫忠、應城伯孫杰、福建參議顏擇、御史丁俊、都督王瑜；後奉命冊封琉球。因彈劾外戚，被下詔獄，後謫戍大同，死於衛所。後追贈太常寺少卿。
