完顏宗雅（？ - 1150年），為金朝宗室，金太宗的兒子。女真名斛魯補。天眷元年（1138年），完顏宗雅被金熙宗封為代王。次年，兄弟完顏宗磐、完顏宗偉、完顏宗英、完顏鶻懶因謀反被殺，宗雅等九人被赦免。天德二年（1150年）完顏亮派人殺死完顏宗懿、完顏宗本、完顏宗美、完顏宗哲等人，時任中京留守的宗雅喜歡佛教，世稱「善大王」，完顏亮知道他無能，沒有殺他來奉太宗祭祀。後來召到關里，不幾日也被殺死。太宗的子孫于是屠殺殆盡。大定二年（1162年），完顏宗雅被金世宗追封曹王。
